As these rugs are heat pressed, the fleece can be flattened around the pressed area causing a flattened square shape. This is completely normal. All you need to do is simply buff this up with a soft brush and the fleece will 'puff' back up. 

Please note: The measurements for the design of the personalisation is a maximum of 280mm. Please bear this in mind when submitting your personalisation details. Please tell us if you require your wording printed with a certain layout e.g. over different lines. If we do not receive any direct requirements in regards to the text layout, we will use our best judgement. 

Please note that HKM is a German brand and in Europe they measure their rugs slightly differently. As an example, they would class a 125cm as a 5'6 where we class it as a 5'9. There is no difference in size as they are both 125cm but there may be a difference between the label on the rug and what we list the sizes as.
